Pivot Cubes

How to play

You get a start shape and a target shape made of the same number of squares. Pivot the squares one at a time until the swarm matches the target, anywhere on the board.

• Drag a cube one cell to roll it over a corner it shares with a neighbour: one step per drag. With a keyboard, hover a cube and press W/A/S/D or the arrow keys.
• A cube can't swing through other cubes, and the swarm must hold together.
• Cubes on a target cell wear the theme's main colour; the rest wear its contrast colour.
• The board keeps the whole swarm in view by itself. The settings panel picks the puzzle (Easy, Hard, MNIST digits, random shapes), and has undo, reset and the rules in full.

Your settings and the puzzle in progress are saved in this browser, so you can come back to a puzzle later.
